Push, Push, Push
A man wants to run five miles to start losing weight. He starts training for his run. He runs 1 mile every day and then goes home. He is satisfied with his time and speed. He does this for four months but is confused. "Why haven't I lost any weight?" he asks him self. This man did not make any progress because he refused to push himself. This man was satisfied with the lowest point of his physical ability and was to lazy to keep going. The moral here is if you do not push yourself to achieve your goal you will become frustrated because you are not getting anywhere. Push yourself, pain is weakness leaving the body. Pain is temporary but quitting is forever. Do not be weak look at yourself now, you can always be better. You just have to go for it.
